SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with URBAN DENOMINATION.  

We appreciate your business. Please allow 7-14 days from the time you place your order to receive your merchandise. However, PRE-ORDERS are made-to-order, so please be patient, as they usually take longer.

Currently, we are using USPS Priority, UPS 2-3 day SHIPPING or UPS ground for each package.  Your order is shipped within 7-14 days of placing your order.  No guarantees can be made on the exact amount of time it can take to receive your shipment. We make every effort to deliver in 7- 14 days from the time your order is received. 

Shipping prices vary according to weight. Usually between $6.00-$19.00.

Once you receive a tracking number for your package, that is an indication that the package has been shipped.

If the tracking number indicates that the package is LOST and the shipping company confirms that it's lost, Urban Denomination will gladly ship a new package.

Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been CONFIRMED "delivered" to the address you indicated on your order, Urban Denomination is no longer responsible for the package.  We cannot search for or replace ANY packages that have been scanned by USPS or UPS as delivered.  We are a small business and are unable to be responsible for packages stolen from the address provided. 

If you did not receive your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, you MUST contact your local POST OFFICE OR UPS that delivers to your specific location to find out the whereabouts of your package.
